Phillip Godfrey

Phillip began his career as an electrician apprentice in 2001. He worked for large commercial contractors in the Atlanta market. In 2007, he graduated the Atlanta JATC.

Prior to founding Kingstone Communities, Phillip was the VP of Operations for a production homebuilder. He directed the operations and increased production from 100 homes annually, to over 300 homes annually. He also worked for a fortune 500 homebuilder in construction and purchasing.
